There's a beautiful pocket of coastline in Çesme, Turkey, where white cliffs form the perfect outlook of the Aegean Sea. The lucky ones who stumble upon it are sitting on the cliffs watching and sunbathing, swimming in the peaceful cove, or even exploring a hidden passageway. You know when you are there that you are somewhere special and you never want to leave. I painted Emerald Cove to share this place with the world. It holds that easy summer energy.
