Lily Pad Frolic

24x24

Oil over mixed media on gallery wrapped canvas

You may never have imagined how fun it would be to play among the lily pads, but wouldn't that be amazing? She's in her sundress and cowboy boots, following the impulse to go for it. Surrounded by hanging trumpet flowers and quiet green water, she moves through the lush, hidden garden like she belongs there. There's a playful, carefree energy in the moment. It's pure summer joy among the lilies.
